The number that would let you set Inc Authority beside anything else in this market appeared in none of those places. This is not a case of a figure buried three clicks deep. In Texas the Appointment Never Actually Ends

A registered agent is not a startup expense here. Texas requires a named agent and a registered office on your entity's record for the entire time the company exists, which means a free first year is not a discount on a purchase.
